Ajuma Nasenyana who has worked with Victoria’s Secret and Carlos Mienes, among other international designers.
Ms Nasenyana urged Kenyans to promote local tourism, adding that social media would play a big role in her campaign to create awareness.
“SOCIAL MEDIA OFFERS THE BIGGEST PLATFORM TO CREATE AWARENESS AND WITH THAT REASON, I INTEND TO USE FACEBOOK AND INSTAGRAM IN MY CAMPAIGN,” SHE SAID.
Part of her role as an ambassador the New York-based fashionista she will be tasked with marketing the park internationally in a bid to drive tourist traffic to the park.
TOURISTS GET EXCITED AND WANT TO VISIT OUR BEAUTIFUL COUNTRY, BUT THE INSECURITY LEVELS GET THEM SCARED. I URGE THE GOVERNMENT TO DO MORE SO AS TO MAINTAIN THE FAME OF THE COUNTRY IN TOURISM,” SHE SAID.
